The firm also operates as flats promoters & developers. An M/s. - Structure: R.C.C Framed structure with necessary foundation, columns & beams Etc.
- Walls: Exterior Brick walls with 9" thickness all other Brick walls 4 1/2" thickness.
- Floor: Ceramic Flooring.
- Door: With teak wood frames and solid core OST flush shutters for main entrance & Bedroom with commercial paint grade flush shutters for toilet and balcony with boiled water proof solid core flush shutters of approved makes.
- Windows: With teakwood frames, glazed shutters & M.S. Grilled and enamel painted
